IEL signed a Joint Venture Agreement with CO Guardian LLC of Tucson, Arizona for the formation of two JV companies for the worldwide marketing of the Tierra 53 series of carbon monoxide detectors for automobile. CO Guardian Asia Pacific LLP would be based in Singapore and would be responsible for the territories of Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and Indian Ocean Islands. AshLaw LLC would be based in Tucson, Arizona and would be responsible for the territories of North American, South America, Europe and Atlantic Islands.
